  • Regulatory process workflow training development for MIPS/MVP and UDS.5

  • Provide workflow/Gap analysis between NextGen and previous EHR/documentation to help manage expectations, guide data integration and plan implementation.
  • Settings configuration of the NextGen clinical templates (pre-custom templates/ initial set-up). 
  • Development of practice specific forms/documents (e.g.: letters, hospital forms etc.…)
  • Patient portal configuration including custom form development
  • Training of providers and support staff on out of box processes as well as undocumented system shortcuts honed over years of personal experience.


 EHR ADMINISTRATOR AND TEMPLATE/DOCUMENT DEVELOPER END USER TRAINING

  • Provide template development training using preset syllabus or via real-world development projects in customer’s test environment. The hands-on process combines training and development problem solving in a single meeting.
  • Conduct end-user workflow training for MAs and Providers in most specialties incorporating the latest regulatory measures necessary for reimbursement.
  • Train IT support staff on configuration in EHR system/practice templates, File Maintenance, System Administrator, and other supporting applications
