Testimonials & Recommendations
InfoDirectors has never done external marketing and has gotten 100% of our clients via word-of-mouth referrals. Our customer satisfaction speaks volumes. Here’s what some of our clients have to say.
Arthritis and Rheumatism Associates went live on the NextGen EHR in September of 2007. Our doctors identified a number of changes that need to be done to improve the efficiency of our templates. We have been working with Julie Chiesa for more than three years. Not only does she have an in depth knowledge of the product but she also understands how physicians work. Her creative solutions to multiple problems have been invaluable. Nothing is ever impossible and if she does not have a ready answer, Julie will find it.
In mid December of 2011, our practice received an LGR version on the NextGen 8.0.1 KBM. Despite great fear and trepidation, we transitioned from a very old and customized KBM to 8.0.1 in one month. ARA went live on 8.0.1 on January 16th, 2012. We could never have done this without the expert help of Julie Chiesa. As one of our doctors said, “Julie knows NextGen better than NextGen.”

Our story with Julie Chiesa of InfoDirectors begins nine months after NextGen’s EMR product was formally implemented into our medical practice of family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics. Fully nine months after product training from NextGen, our experience with EMR was characterized by inertia and a lack of progress so extreme that it would have been laughable if we weren’t so frustrated and paralyzed by our inability to fit NextGen EMR into our practice. No clinicians were fully trained, and those that had been partially trained were threatening to mutiny, mostly due to our ineffective training plan and enormous knowledge void about the product. By all accounts, EMR implementation was shaping up to be a very expensive failure…
Enter Julie Chiesa of InfoDirectors, Inc. Her extensive knowledge of NextGen EMR and experience in helping clients like us were the pieces of the puzzle we were missing in order to truly implement EMR. Julie instantly became a vital part of our EMR team. We reveled in her confidence, and her ability to quickly understand our issues was exactly what we needed…. Four short months later, our 7 medical providers and 12 nurses are fully trained and our practice is operating completely on EMR.
Julie provides rapid responses, amazing turn-around time on jobs, clear invoicing, and a work-style that she tailors to match our varying needs. Julie continues to fill the gap for us between EMR product training and actual real-life implementation, as we desire to dynamically evaluate our work-flow patterns and continuously improve our EMR performance and efficiency. We will continue to seek out the resources of InfoDirectors, Inc. and definitely recommend Julie Chiesa to other NextGen users, from those who are just beginning to groups already experienced with EMR.

Julie has been a valuable asset to our company. Our staff had experienced a wide variety of frustrations relating to template development and thanks to Julie’s expertise, we simply to do not have those issue today.Working with Julie has been a pleasure. She is incredibly skilled at explaining complicated, technical concepts to both staff and physicians when needed. She constantly impresses us with her turnaround time and she is always willing to go the extra mile when we need help. Our company had used several outside contractors for template development, but Julie is by far the most personable, intelligent, and valuable.

Our group of 51 physicians, practicing in 23 locations, has intermittently worked with Julie for the past 5 years. Julie is always quick to respond to requests for custom development, consulting, or process review; you name it, she can handle it or networks to help get the job done. She rapidly responses to any correspondence we’ve forwarded, pays extreme attention to detail, and is committed to quality work in her customizations. She has helped us through knowledgebase upgrades and specialty implementations. I don’t know how we would have gotten this far without her and can recommend her without any reservation!

Julie has been a tremendous asset to our practice! NextGen does not offer templates geared towards our specialty, and without her guidance, we would have been stuck. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and expertise is second to none!

I had the pleasure of meeting Julie Chiesa at my first Nextgen User’s Group meeting. At the specialty break-out session, I was seated with other orthopedic practices and began talking about my painful experience in getting everyone at our office on board with EMR. Seated at that table was Julie; we were then introduced by a group from New York that utilize her services.
Upon my return from the meeting, I decided that in order to “sell” the concept of EMR implementation, I had to start first with the staff. It seemed logical to take a form that we manually complete and have it customized and used through EMR. It was at that moment that I contacted Julie. I had Julie take the three forms that were required of our hospital for surgical scheduling and admission and combine them into one template that produced the three required forms. Our staff was truly wowed. Having phone conferences with myself and staff members, Julie would create different templates. In no time, they began to love it. While we haven’t fully given up paper charts, Julie has made the EMR transition so much easier and our efficiency has drastically increased.
Julie has been there in a pinch to make the impossible possible. She will always be a part of our POA family as she has been a guiding light in transitioning us to the world of EMR. Thanks Julie!

After being thrown into the Nextgen world last minute I felt very overwhelmed with what the physician’s wanted their templates to look like. I was very nervous about updating any information into the templates into our system. I was connected to Julie through our IPA and she made a world of difference to me. She was very patient if I did not understand something with templating and had no problem re- working templates over and over again with me so I could understand. She’s very easy to speak too and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I couldn’t have done our templates without her.

St. Thomas is a large organization. We have over 200 physicians, and because of this we require that vendors and contractors follow our policies and procedures in a very specific way. We have extremely high standards, and previously we were working with a small vendor who was not living up to those expectations.
We brought Julie on as a private contractor and she has not only exceeded our expectations, but she has literally stunned us with her intelligence, expertise, and timeliness.
Julie has always been more than willing to follow our procedures, even when at first glance it seemed counterproductive. She has made suggestions and changes that have saved us an inordinate amount of money, time, and her ability to understand the clinical flow of information, even when off-site, is incredible.
I can’t say enough about what an asset she’s become to our organization. We would definitely not be able to continue at our current rate of growth without her expertise.

We originally hired Julie to configure our NextGen lab templates, but soon found she was too talented and valuable to let slip through our fingers. That was four years ago and she is now a part of the Scarsdale Medical team. In addition to her critical NextGen experience, she is able to think out of the box to create the best solutions for the money and operates with honesty and integrity if she thinks the return on investment of a potential project is not worth it.
Two years ago, we merged with three other practices causing our staff and physicians to double. Julie was there every step of the way, helping us toward the most seamless integration possible and empowering the new doctors to have customizations made on a daily basis to make EMR transition more bearable.
She is truly incredible and we treasure her in our practice.

Julie has been more than a consultant, but an integral member of our staff for more than 8 years. She built and maintains our acclaimed websites, lispine.com and spinekids.com, and has helped us in every facet of our paperless technology selection and implementation. As Spine Specialists, we needed specific things from an electronic medical record and utilizing NextGen, Julie was able to build our clinical visit flow based the criteria we provided.
Julie’s experiences with other NextGen practices help her to keep abreast of the latest enhancements and recommend the latest solutions to make our practice more efficient. She is extremely knowledgable, and manages her business with integrity. I can’t recommend her enough.
I have known Julie Chiesa for more than 15 years and have always known her to be very knowledgeable in her field. When she started InfoDirectors, she was invaluable in developing the website for my practice. She always has great ideas to enhance the effectiveness of the website and how patients can best benefit from it.
